- Having your blood pressure at a healthy level.

- Medicine(s)
- Cardiac Rehab
- Surgery

Here are some symptoms you might experience during heart attacks
- Pain in Multiple Areas
- Dizziness
- Sweating
- Shortness of Breath
- Parts of body will feel uncomfortable or tight.
